Oil and Gas Middle East, the region’s most respected industry publication, this month published its inaugural ‘Top 30 Oilfield Service Companies’ operating in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa). Whiting Petroleum Corp. is among the companies that made what now appear to have been overly optimistic forecasts.
